Does Matrix provide the alcohol ?
Yes, we can. Matrix can do the shopping for desired alcohol, mixers, cordials. We will visit multiple stores to ensure we can deliver your requests. Or you (host/client) can provide the alcohol and call Matrix Mobile Bartenders to serve.
How much does it cost to reserve a bartender? Bartender packages start at $50/hour. 1 Bartender for 4 hours is $200.
What is included with Bartender only packages:

A professional bartender arrives to set up with bar tools, shakers, and bottle openers.

Portable Bar packages start at $940 for 4 hours.
Hourly Bartender Service
PRICING (Click PDF to view general pricing) is based on an hourly rate for up to 75 guests.
If you expect more than 75 guests please use our RESERVE page to give more details about your event desires, you will receive a response within 24 hours.
Service Agreement: All Clients are required to sign a Service Agreement which communicates all service expectations of the Client & Company agreement on the execution of bartender services. The service agreement must be signed before any services willbe rendered.
Insurance
Matrix Mobile Bartending can provide proof of Insurance upon request. Matrix has liquor liability insurance, general liability insurance, and workers injury liability insurance.
There are no state laws regulating Bartenders to have a "bartender license" to serve alcohol. ALL Staff of Matrix Mobile Bartending are Required to complete TIPS training.
Cocktail Tasting Session
After the deposit is paid, if it is more than 7 days prior to the event, call up our cocktail consultants to set up a complimentary tasting session, for you and up to three (3) family or friends to help you decide on the cocktails you want served at your event.
Matrix Mobile Bartending LLC and its Bartenders are not responsible for the actions of your guest.
Since MATRIX Mobile Bartending LLC, is not the host of the event, we are not responsible for negligence committed by your guest.
As trained and professional mixologist, we serve alcohol responsibly. We have the right to refuse service of alcohol to any of your guest, you will be notified if this occurs.
MATRIX Bartenders also reserve the right to card or ask for proof of legal age to drink.
PAYMENTS ACCEPTED: All major credit cards, MasterCard, VISA,Discover. CASH & We also accept third-party merchants: PAYPAL. GOOGLE WALLET. CASH APP, & VENMO as secure payment.

DEPOSIT DUE AT BOOKING
Deposit is due within 72 hours of Service Agreement confirmation. Remaining balance is due on the day of the event, PRIOR to the start of service.
CANCELLATION POLICY: CANCEL 10 DAYS OR MORE IN ADVANCE 50% of deposit may be refunded. CANCEL LESS THAN 10 DAYS CREDIT towards next event, no refund.
Guest Count
On the day of the event final guest count may result in additional charges.
If expecting more than 100 guest there are 2+ Bartenders included in the hourly quoted rate
